Qul huwallahu ahad — Qul a'udhu bi-Rabbil-falaq — Qul a'udhu bi-Rabbin-nas
Recite Surah Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq and An-Nas three times morning and evening; they will suffice you against everything.

I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created.
I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from every devil and poisonous creature, and from every evil eye.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from worry and grief, from incapacity and laziness, from miserliness and cowardice, from the burden of debt and from being overpowered by men.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the loss of Your blessings, the changing of Your protection, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all of Your displeasure.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You lest I stray or be led astray, slip or be caused to slip, wrong or be wronged, act ignorantly or be treated with ignorance.
I seek protection for you both in the perfect words of Allah from every devil and poisonous creature, and from every evil eye.
