اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ النَّاسِ أَذْهِبِ الْبَأْسَ، اشْفِ وَأَنْتَ الشَّافِي، لَا شِفَاءَ إِلَّا شِفَاؤُكَ، شِفَاءً لَا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا
Allahumma Rabban-nas, adhhibil-ba's, ishfi wa antash-Shafi, la shifa'a illa shifa'uk, shifa'an la yughadiru saqama
O Allah, Lord of mankind, remove the affliction. Cure, for You are the Curer. There is no cure except Your cure, a cure that leaves no illness behind.
Bukhari 5743
لَا بَأْسَ طَهُورٌ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ
La ba'sa tahurun in sha Allah
No harm — it is a purification, if Allah wills.
Bukhari 3616
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ (ثلاثًا) أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ (سبعًا)
Bismillah (3x), A'udhu billahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa uhadhir (7x)
In the name of Allah (three times). I seek refuge in Allah and His power from the evil of what I feel and fear (seven times), placing the hand on the place of pain.
Muslim 2202
اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي فِي بَدَنِي، اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي فِي سَمْعِي، اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي فِي بَصَرِي، لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
Allahumma 'afini fi badani, Allahumma 'afini fi sam'i, Allahumma 'afini fi basari, la ilaha illa ant
O Allah, grant health to my body. O Allah, grant health to my hearing. O Allah, grant health to my sight. There is no god but You.
Abu Dawud 5090
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْبَرَصِ وَالْجُنُونِ وَالْجُذَامِ وَمِنْ سَيِّئِ الْأَسْقَامِ
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-barasi wal-jununi wal-judhami wa min sayyi'il-asqam
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from leprosy, madness, elephantiasis, and evil diseases.
Abu Dawud 1554
أَنِّي مَسَّنِيَ الضُّرُّ وَأَنْتَ أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِينَ
Anni massaniyad-durru wa anta arhamur-rahimin
Indeed, adversity has touched me, and You are the Most Merciful of the merciful.
Quran 21:83
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ، مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ يُؤْذِيكَ، مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ نَفْسٍ أَوْ عَيْنِ حَاسِدٍ، اللَّهُ يَشْفِيكَ، بِسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ
Bismillahi arqik, min kulli shay'in yu'dhik, min sharri kulli nafsin aw 'ayni hasid, Allahu yashfik, bismillahi arqik
In the name of Allah I perform ruqyah for you, from everything that harms you, from the evil of every soul or envious eye. May Allah cure you. In the name of Allah I perform ruqyah for you.

الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي عَافَانِي مِمَّا ابْتَلَاكَ بِهِ وَفَضَّلَنِي عَلَى كَثِيرٍ مِمَّنْ خَلَقَ تَفْضِيلًا
Alhamdu lillahil-ladhi 'afani mimmab-talaka bihi wa faddalani 'ala kathirin mimman khalaqa tafdila
Praise be to Allah Who has spared me from what He has afflicted you with, and preferred me greatly over many of those He created.
Tirmidhi 3432
اللَّهُمَّ أَحْسِنْ عَاقِبَتَنَا فِي الْأُمُورِ كُلِّهَا، وَأَجِرْنَا مِنْ خِزْيِ الدُّنْيَا وَعَذَابِ الْآخِرَةِ
Allahumma ahsin 'aqibatana fil-umuri kulliha, wa ajirna min khizyid-dunya wa 'adhabil-akhirah
O Allah, make good our end in all affairs, and protect us from disgrace in this world and punishment in the Hereafter.
