يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّومُ بِرَحْمَتِكَ أَسْتَغِيثُ
Transliteration
Ya Hayyu ya Qayyum, birahmatika astaghith

O Ever-Living, O Sustainer, by Your mercy I seek help.
